As the long, cold wintery days and nights fall upon us, what better way to spend a day then snuggled up on the couch with your favourite furry friend?

Our family's wandering kitty had an accident, dislocating the talus bone in her right ankle. We suspected a pelvic fracture due to her limping and thigh bruising.

I love all animals, but Imagine my disappointment when our little puppy grew up and decided to stalk the wildlife that has decided to enter our country yard. 

The question I hear most often is: “When will the flea season end?” The bad news is we don’t have a flea season at Elgin County anymore; those fleas are here all year round!

We encourage all cat owners purchase an appropriate carrier or we have some available to borrow. You say: "my cat hates the carrier” and “how am I supposed to get them in it”?
